Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by displaymaven27 from Glitter Paper I used the paper in a bulletin board display at a local public school library. Have used it for the last two years for snowflakes on a light Kraft cardstock. All of our glitter stocks are non-flaking glitter and have a white back side.

Some pics were slightly smaller so I could not use it in 6" pieces when cut in half. But if you run your hand over it absolutely nothing comes off and its just more of a bumpy texture? Our glitter card stocks have quantity breaks in place. It is just beautiful!
